Location was exceptional right on the main promenade which is great, staff were outstanding, everything was spotless throughout. Standard queen room had upgrades, it was non-smoking and functional. I had a REALLY REALLY NICE experience here, everything was beautiful, the location was unrivaled just off the main promenade and sea front and Brighton. Airy and beautiful units with a view. I really enjoyed the fact that the staff were more than helpful. Had hot drinks in the Irish bar. Could use their convenient parking.

We thoroughly enjoyed our really great stay here. We had the standard twin room which was cosy. That was brand-new hotel set in amazing area. Luckily it was close to Lucky Beach, had pastries there when it was hot outside.
