Accommodating staff members were with the manager. I appreciated the room with 2 bay windows overlooking brighton pier, my bed was extremely comfy. My breakfast was at a reduced rate.

Location was exceptional right on the main promenade which is great, staff were outstanding, everything was spotless throughout. Standard queen room had upgrades, it was non-smoking and functional. Breakfast offered lots of options and was varied. With early check-in and late check-out, this hotel was pleasant.

I had a REALLY REALLY NICE experience here, everything was beautiful, the location was unrivaled just off the main promenade and sea front and Brighton. Airy and beautiful units with a view. I really enjoyed the fact that the staff were more than helpful. Had hot drinks in the Irish bar. Could use their convenient parking.

We thoroughly enjoyed our really great stay here. We had the standard twin room which was cosy. That was brand-new hotel set in amazing area. Luckily it was close to Lucky Beach, had pastries there when it was hot outside.
